Job Description
IT Technician
- PC imaging for WIN10 and hands on experience is a must.
- Provide onsite support and remote desktop for end users working remote for a variety of issues.
- Identify, research and resolve technical problems by monitoring systems and responding as required to ensure continuous computer support to the site.
- Respond to escalated incidents as well as telephone calls, email and chat requests for technical support from end users.
- Provide and is responsible for computer peripherals, mobile devices, printers and telephones.
- Monitor systems and respond as required to ensure continuous computer support for a 24x7 (365) facility.
- Assist others to setup, test, maintain, configure and troubleshooting of equipment using established procedures.
- Assist in the installation and answer routine questions related to hardware and software and be active in various IT related projects/tasks.
