Manufacturing Production Operator
Contract-to-Hire

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Operator to join the team in the Aeriel Drone industry. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring precision machinery, assembling products, & quality checks for cutting-edge drones. You will be working in team environments.
Will read and understand technical documentation in order to perform component assembly utilizing specialized hand tools, run test equipment, connect electrical components and ensure they are working correctly or identify problem electrical components.
Required Skills:
- 1 year paid professional experience in electronics assembly in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience reading / understanding technical documentation, including assembly instructions and diagrams.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bonus / Soft Skills
- Soldering Experience for electronics assembly
- Excellent communication skills
