Finance Manager
with passion, precision, and a strategic mindset to drive financial excellence for this new business line. The ideal candidate will be a business partner, providing financial insights that empower leaders to make data-driven decisions. This role holds full P&L ownership for MVNE services, managing revenue drivers, cost structures, and operational investments to ensure financial viability and scalable growth. This leader will oversee end-to-end financial processes, balancing strategic forecasting, corporate governance, and tactical execution to drive profitability in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do
Financial Leadership and Strategy

  • Own full P&L accountability for MVNE services, ensuring revenue maximization, cost optimization, and sustainable profitability.
  • Develop financial strategies that establish scalable frameworks, supporting long-term growth and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define financial goals, KPIs, and investment strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

Business Growth & Deal Structuring

  • Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and corporate governance best practices
  • Shape and negotiate business deals, ensuring financial alignment with strategic priorities and corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, and product teams to model pricing scenarios and revenue implications.
  • Guide contract negotiations, ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability for MVNE services.
  • Conduct competitive financial analysis, identifying market trends and revenue opportunities to optimize pricing strategies.

Financial Reporting, Cost Management & Process Optimization

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and modeling, ensuring alignment across revenue growth, expense controls, and margin targets.
  • Build and refine corporate financial processes, streamlining accounting, reporting, and operational finance functions.
  • Prepare executive-level financial reports, including P&L insights, variance analysis, and scenario modeling for leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Drive cost management initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance financial discipline and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership

  • Act as the Finance Business Partner to corporate functions, including IT, Finance, HR, and Legal, ensuring financial accountability across the organization.
  • Provide management with accurate, timely financial insights, influencing strategic decisions at all levels.
  • Work closely with operations teams to develop scalable business models supporting MVNE expansion, optimizing both revenue generation and expense management.
  • Champion process improvements and automation, refining financial tools and reporting systems to enhance accuracy and agility.

Required Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6 years of Progressive experience in financial planning and analysis and business-partnering roles
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Experience managing full P&L ownership in a high-growth business
  • Experience developing analytical frameworks and communicating financial concepts to leadership
  • Results-driven and highly motivated with the ability to strike the right balance between detail-focused and grasping the big picture
  • Demonstrated success working in ambiguous environments; excited to lead the creation of new business processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work and problem solve independently and effectively manage priorities and expectations with stakeholders
  • Highly proficient with Excel, with mastery of sophisticated modeling and analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, PowerBI, and CPM experience such as Hyperion, OneStream or equivalent

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)
Minimum Salary: $105,000

Maximum Salary: $147,000

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
