The primary purpose of this position is to provide support and assistance to the following functions:
Document control: Execute, support, and assist the creation, revision, and file maintenance for controlled documentation.
Change Analyst: Execute, support, and assist in completing change notices in PLM.
Responsibilities:
Document control: Execute, support, and assist the creation, revision, and file maintenance for controlled documentation.
Change Analyst: Execute, support, and assist in completing change notices in PLM.
- Review change order documents for accuracy and completeness
- As specified by change order, create or revise production, quality control, packaging, equipment specifications/procedures and engineering drawings.
- As specified by change order, create or revise Quality Policy Manual, Quality Systems, Standard Operating Procedures and forms.
- Distribute new and revised documentation after change order approval to the appropriate personnel.
- File controlled documentation using either manual filing system or electronic scanning system.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Assist change order submitters by reviewing their red lined documents for a proposed change order.
- Drive the completion of change orders through the PLM software.
- Must work and interact effectively and professional with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization.
- Must strictly adhere to safety requirements.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Must maintain company quality and quantity standards.
- Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision.
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent computer skills including experience with Word processing, spreadsheets, and database software applications.
- Good organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
