Short Description
Responsible for the facilitation and coordination of safe and comprehensive care to all
patients presenting to Moorestown Multidisciplinary sites. This OR Nurse Coordinator is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care
team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated.
time frame and who provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including
the therapeutic use of self.
Leadership may be remote; requires ability of expanded problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making at a supervisory level. Will have the unique opportunity to assist in the development and operations of the Cooper Moorestown Multidisciplinary site.
This model focuses on the acute/immediate care needs in the Moorestown and
surrounding areas.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and clinical skills are required.
Participates in cross training in other specialty areas.
Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement projects
