Short Description
Organize, prioritize and complete work. Interact with all levels of management and external customers. Communicate verbally and in writing. Handle multiple tasks, confidential matters and materials.
Experience Required
Minimum of three (3) years strong secretarial experience, preferably in the health care setting.
Must possess demonstrated organizational, communication, problem-solving and computer skills.
Must be able to work well independently and possess the ability to interact with all levels of Administration and staff.
Must be able to work under the direction of supervisor and Administrative staff.
Familiarity with Medical Terminology.
Must know how to operate general office equipment.
Must be able to perform role professionally and confidentially.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
