We are seeking a Outside Sales Representative to join our ST PAUL, MN branch!
Candidates must have the ability and motivation to prospect new customers as well as maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. An ability to grasp the industries we serve and ultimately provide excellent customer service, quality products and long-term solutions to our customers in those industries is crucial. We are looking for a critical thinker who can lean forward, anticipate customers’ needs, and help them solve their problems.

Essential Functions:
- Travels throughout assigned territory to pursue and acquire new business and maintains existing business.
- Plans sales activities and monitors industry and competitor trends.
- Provides applications assistance by determining customer needs; creating and upgrading product applications; and sourcing products for customers.
- Presents, reviews and negotiates quotes and contracts, provides feedback to questions from account managers and centralization and assists in credit collection.
- Confers and shares customer information with account and branch managers and prepares sales reports.
Qualifications
Education: Requires a minimum of a HS diploma or GED two years college education OR equivalent capabilities
Experience: A minimum of three years industrial sales experience preferred
License(s)/Certification(s) Required:Must have valid driver’s license and have daily access to an automobile with insurance coverage as required by state.
