JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with US GAAP, including reviewing and posting journal entries in NetSuite.
- Validate monthly account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Work with Accounting Managers and the Director of Accounting to create closing schedules and address issues affecting financial results.
- Document transaction processes in compliance with US GAAP.
- Collaborate on NetSuite enhancements and provide ad hoc analysis for global teams, including Senior Management and other departments.
- Set and monitor staff performance goals, assign accountabilities, conduct performance appraisals, and promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 4 years of experience (Public Accounting CPA highly preferred)
