Operations and Compliance Coordinator
Location: Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area
Full Time (Direct Hire) | Hybrid (2-3 Days in office in Dripping Springs, TX)

We’re hiring an Operations and Compliance Coordinator to support internal operations, manage project documentation, and assist with compliance initiatives. This role offers exposure to impactful infrastructure programs that improve schools, roads, and public spaces. It’s well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a variety of behind-the-scenes responsibilities that help keep complex projects on track.

Key Responsibilities
Document Management & Project Coordination
- Organize and maintain key project files (contracts, permits, reports, etc.)
- Maintain digital file structure and version control protocols.
- Track document approvals and distribute updates for active projects.
Compliance & Human Resources Support
- Assist with onboarding, employee record-keeping, and internal file tracking.
- Help maintain vendor and HR compliance, including certifications (e.g., SDVOSB, HUB).
- Support preparation and renewals for government registrations.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage internal calendars and meeting scheduling.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination.
- Provide general support to executive leadership on delegated tasks.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in operations, document control, HR, or business administration (construction/engineering industry experience is a plus!)
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with document management or HR software preferred.
