What You’ll Do
- Partner with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Design and execute recruiting strategies tailored to the organization’s goals.
- Source candidates using various tools (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers through the selection process.
- Track recruiting metrics and share actionable insights with leadership.
- Represent our client at job fairs, community events, and networking functions.
- Build partnerships with schools, training centers, and local workforce programs.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with relevant labor laws and internal policies.
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in recruiting, with exposure to HR functions preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing technologies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
