Minimum Required Qualifications (do not apply if you do not meet these minimum qualifications)
- EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED required. (Vocational or college credentials a plus) Computer literate a plus.
- EXPERIENCE – 3 years experience in apartment leasing, hospitality industry or sales required.
- COMMUNICATION – Ability to speak, read and write English. (Bilingual English/Spanish spoken is a must) Tax Credit experience a plus.
- ORGANIZATION – Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete assignments in a timely manner required.
- SCHEDULE – Dedication to arriving on or before agreed upon start time required.
- SCREENING – Criminal background check required.
- TRANSPORTATION – Dependable transportation to and from work required.
