Job Description: Administrative Specialist
Location: Downtown Dallas
Duration: 3-6 months
Schedule: 24 hours/week 3 days/week
Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Paraprofessional to join our team for a 3 to 6-month period. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks and Excel, as well as experience with banking systems, particularly in data extraction and analysis. You will play a key role in supporting our accounting and banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely data entry, reconciliation, and reporting in QuickBooks.

Utilize Excel, including pivot tables, to analyze and organize data, generating detailed reports.

Extract and manage data from various banking systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial records.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insights and data support for ongoing projects.

Assist with other accounting tasks as needed, including reconciliations, invoicing, and expense management.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on QuickBooks, Excel, and banking systems.

Proven experience in extracting and managing data from financial systems.

Ability to work with large data sets effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.

Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, at least three days a week.
