As a Workshop Technician Level 1, you'll be fully trained to master intricate assembly techniques in a clean, high-end production environment. KEY DUTIES
• Assemble, disassemble, and lubricate watch components following exact standards
• Conduct repairs and inspections while seated at a bench for extended periods
• Operate polishing machinery with precision and control
• Use magnifying tools to perform high-detail visual assessments
• Comply with safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and comfort with small parts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
• Basic understanding of letters and numbers for part identification
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Watchmaking bench setup with loupe magnifiers
• Controlled, low-noise environment with louder zones in polishing areas
• Frequent sitting; occasional walking, bending, and lifting (up to 30 lbs)
• Required use of PPE during polishing and handling processes
