What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Client Experience Associate. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and will be Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with current clients as well as facilitating the onboarding of new clients alongside Account Executives. Reporting directly to the SVP of Strategy and Revenue Operations, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Dealing, and various shared services teams and contribute to the team's overall success.

Role Responsibilities
- Proactively build relationships with current clients and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Facilitate an efficient onboarding experience by project managing different aspects of integration with our internal departments.
- Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Compliance, Credit, Trade Desk, etc.) to provide seamless client interactions.
- Be held accountable to retention-based target goals.
- Work alongside Account Executives to provide accurate reporting.
- Provide market analysis and trade pricing through AEs or directly to clients.
- Gain and apply expertise on GPS's internal systems.
- Gain and apply expertise in the FX Markets including exposure mitigation strategies.
- Track and complete investigations on client settlement.
- Monitor trade activity to predict client needs.
- Provide relevant training to new employees in an effort to grow the department as needed.

- Proactive and effective communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Strong in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
