The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing new account training and implementation services for new Corpay Lodging accounts
- Ensuring new accounts start successfully by delivering expert training and being passionate about the lodging management solutions Corpay Lodging offers
- Meeting all reporting deadlines
- Managing room night volume expectations through scheduled account performance reviews
- Managing volume expectations and identifying opportunities for volume growth through Corpay Lodging products and services to educate and influence clients
- Ensuring Corpay Lodging is delivering on expectations
- Creatively resolving new account concerns by problem solving and delivering expert solutions
- Maintaining new account plans and regularly reviewing these against established milestones and targets
- Scheduling follow up action items by tracking progress against deadlines
- Building and maintaining lasting client relationships, which includes intimate knowledge of client accounts, including essential contacts, account preferences, room night volume and industry trends
- Responsible for client communications, escalations, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables and revenue
- Working closely with all necessary Corpay Lodging teams to ensure client success, including but not limited to Corpay Lodging Reservation, Hotel Network, and Customer Support services to provide solutions for potential issues and/or opportunities
- Driving account retention and growth by proactively contacting clients and performing scheduled account reviews with client lodging managers and leadership teams
- College degree or 1-2 years of previous account management-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong passion for delivering success
- Strong presentation and screen sharing skills
- Self-motivated, results driven with excellent people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly articulate product knowledge with an inherent ability to think “outside of the box”
- Strong relationship management skills
- The ability to bring success and value to a team environment
