Our Barrington, IL office is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand, products, and technical expertise to life across digital channels. In this role, you will support and execute digital campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and support our growth across commercial and industrial markets. This position will allow the right candidate to gain hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing with the guidance of experienced mentors.

What You Will Do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and website channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Own day-to-day campaign setup and management, including audience targeting, creative coordination, A/B testing, and budget pacing.
• Analyze performance data using tools like platform dashboards and CRM reports to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging, improve conversion paths, and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Manage website updates and landing page performance, including SEO best practices, conversion rate optimizations, and basic CMS publishing.
• Track, report, and communicate campaign results through dashboards and presentations, translating metrics into clear recommendations.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, internships, campus roles, or relevant projects.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as email, social media, paid search, and website content management.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms, such as content creation, campaign optimization, analytics, or automation tools preferred.
