We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Logistics Specialist to join our operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management, exposure to real operational data, and opportunities to collaborate across multiple teams, making it an excellent starting point for building a career in the field.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Use Excel and logistics platforms to track data and update shipment records
- Identify inefficiencies and delays through data analysis and provide actionable solutions
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues
- Support documentation, compliance checks, and inventory reconciliation
- Assist in cross-functional projects focused on process optimization and customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative support to management as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (REQUIRED)
- Strong Excel skills
