Location: Tallahassee, FL (50% Travel required for non-local candidates)
Position Type: Contract or C2H
Job Description:
We are seeking a SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC CRM and S/4HANA Service Management. The ideal candidate will bring 8 10 years of experience and have led at least 2 full-cycle migrations from SAP CRM to S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP CRM to S/4HANA Service migration efforts
Configure, develop functional specs, document, and test CRM business capabilities
Work across the following CRM modules:
Account Management
Contract Management
Request Management
Case Management
Task Management
Knowledge Management
Support CRM data migration to S/4HANA Service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Produce strong documentation and communicate effectively across the project lifecycle
Required Skills:
8 10 years of SAP CRM functional experience
Hands-on experience in SAP ECC CRM and S/4HANA Service Management
Proven track record of at least 2 end-to-end CRM to S/4HANA migrations as a lead
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong documentation capabilities
