Experience: Overall, 8 10 years with at least 2 full cycle migrations from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA as a lead.
Role description:
1. The CRM Functional Consultant should have in-depth and hands on functional knowledge of the SAP CRM move to S/4 HANA Service
2. Configure, Develop Functional Specs, Document and Test CRM Business capabilities including for the following CRM modules:
Account Management
Contract Management
Request Management
Case Management
Task Management
Knowledge Management
3. Support CRM Data Migration to S/4HANA Service
4. Strong documentation and communication skills
