SUMMARY
The Dealer Field Support Coordinator provides administrative support to the Field team, by assisting Costco Auto Program Dealers and Zone Business Consultants and Dealer Field Support Trainers. This position will contribute to increasing team efficiency by assisting with various administrative tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contacts dealers to schedule to schedule training sessions
- Process “Program Admin Change” tickets to update dealer information in database
- Verify information provided by Costco Auto Dealers and Zone Business Consultants
- Assists with Dealer inquiries via phone and ensures the are answered promptly and professionally
- Take incoming and make outbound calls to Zone Business Consultants
- Ensure that all inbound calls are answered promptly and professionally
- Assist Costco Auto Program CAP Dealers and Zone Business Consultants as needed
- Research, track and follow-up on each incoming inquiry
- Document all conversations with participating dealerships in ADGnet database
- Ability to overcome objections with thoughtful responses
- Attend and participate in department meetings
- Update and maintain assigned databases
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel and efficient typing and writing skills
- A proven history of taking a high volume of inbound phone calls – Business to Business
- Superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to instantly build rapport with clients.
- Able to take verbal direction and execute promptly.
- Must be a team player and work well with others.
- Must be able to multi-task and be adaptable to changing circumstances.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to overcome objections without losing momentum.
- Must be a quick learner; be self-disciplined with a "can do" attitude.
- The ability to meet or exceed all department Key Performance Indicators that measure overall performance.
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to identify and bring about process improvements
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work them to resolution
