Utilization Management Assistant
We are looking for someone just like you - someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys making a difference for patients, but that and prefers working in a professional office setting with daytime office hours and weekends/holidays off.
The Utilization Management Assistant answers first level calls in Utilization Review for HealthCheck360 participants. The Utilization Management Assistant evaluates certification requests by reviewing the group specific requirements and will also triage the call to determine if a Utilization Review Nurse is needed to complete the call.
Qualified candidates will have strong multitasking and communication skills, and preferably a background in patient health or care, such as with experience as a CNA or Medical Assistant.

Salary : $36,100 - $45,700
