Description
Coulee Medical Center, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, has openings for full-time Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS) to join our team! If currently an MLT, employee must obtain MLS certification within two years. Must be well organized and able to work independently and have experience in performing in-house chemistry, hematology, coagulation, blood banking and microbiology testing. This position is required to obtain a Washington State Medical Assistant Phlebotomist certification within 90 days of employment. CMC has two MLT positions available; with position schedule's ranging 36-40 hours per week. This position is eligible for a complete benefits package, as well as temporary housing accommodations (if available). Salary Range: The wage scale for this position has been finalized for the facility including 26 steps and the selected candidate will be placed on the wage scale depending on years of experience.
