Coulee Medical Center is looking for a highly motivated team player to join our Lab team! The Phlebotomist maintains a clear focus on care and services to patients, families, and staff, by incorporating the Mission and Vision of Coulee Medical Center at the core of their activities. Must be competent in specimen collection and processing, reference laboratory and data entry, as well as report receiving, routing and filing. The Phlebotomist must acquire a State of Washington Medical Assistant license for venipuncture within 90 days of hire date, and MA-R certificate for throat and NP collection. Salary Range: The wage scale for this position has been finalized for the facility including 26 steps and the selected candidate will be placed on the wage scale depending on years of experience.
