Consumer Bank Project Specialist
Job Function: Works with the Consumer Banking Project Manager and performs the administrative functions to maintain service levels for the Consumer Bank (specifically for products, projects and reporting used by the Consumer Bank).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration of systems and programs

  • Maintains accurate access of users of Consumer Banking systems including: TellerInsight, Docusign, Gift Card management system, and cash ordering services. This includes new hires, promotions, and termination of employees.
  • Works with vendors to maintain working order and to make any changes to systems used by the Consumer Bank.
  • Acts as author of deposit, maintenance, and financial transaction applications for the Consumer Bank. Also supports other departments to author changes to their applications as necessary.
  • Provides escalated support to Financial Centers with troubleshooting systems.
  • Reviews and processes account applications submitted by customers through online account opening. This may require customer contact in order to fulfill CIP or Qualifile obligations.
  • Monitors accounts opened digitally for indications of fraud or misuse.

Projects and Reporting*

  • Creates and maintains the infrastructure for reporting of all sales production, performance metrics, and referrals of the Financial Centers, including overseeing all data input and the accuracy of the reporting.
  • Uses the current incentive program to calculate incentive earnings for Consumer Bank associates and prepares reporting.
  • Executes necessary work for projects as assigned by Consumer Banking Products and Project Manager.

Internal Customer Service and FC Support*

  • Supports the Consumer Resource team by providing support for system and policy and procedure as assigned by Consumer Bank Operations Manager and working the Consumer Resource Team call desk to answer calls from the Financial Centers.
  • Programs consumer associate vault access in the branches and primarily responsible for maintaining applicable recording of access and codes granted.
  • Is available to attend FCM Leadership meetings monthly.
  • Provides support for other consumer operations positions, as needed, including documentation review, and back-up responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications/ Required Skills and Abilities*

  • A minimum of 3 years of consumer banking experience to include account opening preferred, or 3 years of deposit operations documentation experience preferred.
  • Some projects and implementations may require atypical work hours.
  • This position is eligible for hybrid remote work with adherence to Country Club Bank’s remote work policy.
