Job Function: Provide general support to lending staff by maintaining loan information on mainframe computer system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *
- Book and service all loans within the organization
- Process loan payments, mail payments, system rejects
- System balancing of the new and renewed loans, payments processed by preparing general ledger entries
- Set up escrow accounts on system
- Maintain reconcilement, credit reporting to agencies, payoff statements and daily reports
- Complete Board reporting and other detailed reports
- Other Duties as assigned

Job Qualifications / Required Skills and Abilities*
** Associates Degree in Business, Finance or related field OR equivalent work experience
- One to three years loan operations experience required, with previous documentation and/or servicing experience
- One to three years loan operations experience required, with one or more years of accounting experience
- Good oral and written communication skills are important
- Exhibit and maintain high degree of professionalism
- Maintain high degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization
- Excellent follow through and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exhibit good business acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, computer and office equipment utilization
