Experienced Internet Sales Manager
Courtesy Nissan of Richardson is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and professional Internet Sales Manager to assist in developing and maintaining the sales force. The Internet Sales Manager will collaborate with the upper management and sales representatives to ensure business needs are met and customer issues are resolved promptly.

Job Duties:
- Works directly with the Internet Sales Team to establish a strong network of clients and prospects. The Internet Sales Manager supervises Customer Service Manager utilization.
- Demonstrates leadership by establishing clear goals and objectives for the sales-oriented performance. The Internet Sales Manager creates and maintains the new hire and interview process for the Internet Sales Team.
- Engages and motivates the Internet Sales Team to achieve performance objectives by providing regular sales training for ongoing team education and improvement.
- Ensures success through a high level of involvement in day-to-day internet operations and sales forecasts.
- Analyzes business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to enhance the effectiveness of the Internet Sales Team's performance.
Job Requirements:
- High school or GED equivalent
- Experience in marketing, web administration, lead administration, or inventory management. Expertise of Automotive CRM Software is a bonus.
- Proven project management skills with an emphasis on quality management.
