Our client is a leader in specialty chemical manufacturing. Their products are used in many different industries, including consumer goods, coatings, food additives, and others. They are currently seeking a Production Manager to oversee operations at their facility outside of Indianapolis, IN.
As a Production Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversee plant production department including equipment and personnel
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for all local, federal, and company requirements/standards for all production areas
- Work cross-functionally to ensure daily production schedules and goals are met
- Maintain and keep necessary operation documentation and SOP’s
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000

As a Production Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 4 years of experience as a hands-on Production/Process in a chemical manufacturing facility
- Experience in PSM regulated facilities ideal
- 1 years of prior supervision experience
