Summary:
Maintains accounts receivable records.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
Daily processing of tickets from various locations and finalize cash/credit cards per location and deposit. Posting of cash to accounts. Obtain and mail invoices. statements and tickets to customers, as requested. Research customer claims of payment. Research charge backs and short paid invoices. Issue debit/credit memo's. Handling of customer calls and concerns per location. Able to assist with customer billing, date entry and related special projects, as needed. Able to learn and understand tax exemption forms. Communicate with plant managers. Communicate with customers.
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities: Administrative tasks, including, answering calls, taking messages for executives and other duties.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have Competent computer and keyboard skills to produce accurate reports. Able to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets. Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills. Ability to operate under immense pressure. Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or (GED); One to Three years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, simple correspondence, memos, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Able to calculate interest, proportions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Able to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: Valid Driver’s License

Standard office equipment, minimum 40 work hours expected per week during company operating hours. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 to 15 pounds. Example supply boxes, storage boxes, reams of paper etc.
