What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Navigator (Part-time) position at Craven Community College?
The Digital Navigator will provide individualized or small group support to students who need assistance obtaining technology services to include affordable home internet services, affordable internet capable devices, and/or coaching in digital skills in order become effective users of technology.
This position will also serve as a digital resource for underserved populations both on and off the College’s campus by providing one-on-one assistance to students or those working with students as instructors/staff.
