Salary
$90,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials
Additional performance incentive up to $5,000/year for exceeding 32 billable hours/week

Summary: We are seeking a board-certified behavior analyst with experience working with autistic children/young adults and their
families to perform BCBA-direct services.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver BCBA-direct services to clients and families, aiming for 32 billable hours per week
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design behavior intervention plans
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Submit required documentation, including prior authorizations for insurance
Maintain and update progress notes, reports, and data accurately and timely
Supervise and mentor team members, including BCBA-level clinicians
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and related service providers
Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and professional development
Travel to client homes or designated meeting locations (up to 40 miles)
Adhere to ethical guidelines under HIPAA and BCBA codes of conduct
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in a related field
Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing
Eligible for or holding a Hawaii Behavior Analyst License (must be obtained before start date)
Minimum one year of experience working with autistic children and families using ABA
Strong organizational, assessment, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficient in technology and documentation tools
Own reliable transportation and willingness to commute
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and pass federal/state background checks
Personal malpractice insurance
