$85-120k base salary (flexible/based on experience) bonus full comprehensive benefits

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney licensed in Missouri to manage property damage cases related to insurance disputes. This role requires 3–5 years of relevant litigation experience and a strong ability to navigate complex legal issues. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative legal environment and be eager to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
Job Responsibilities: Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims. Handling all stages of litigation, from initial consultation through trial or settlement. Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations. Offer expert legal counsel and craft effective case strategies.
Qualifications: Must be based in or near Missouri. Active member of the Missouri Bar. Proven experience with first-party law. Plaintiff side experience preferable. Property Damage experience required. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
