About The Role
We are seeking a Digital Format Sales Specialist to support the implementation and activation of a unique, digitally integrated strength training system. This role will focus on multiple markets including B2B and select B2C channels.
The Digital Format Sales Specialist will work closely with the Production and Education team, Sales team, and customers to ensure successful implementation, user engagement, and satisfaction post-installation.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales targets for the format solution across all components: equipment, software, layout, education, and consulting
Monitor and forecast sales performance weekly, providing updates to headquarters
Develop and implement local education and transformation programs in line with company strategy
Support field sales with pre-sales activities to increase conversion
Identify and manage showcase sites to use as references for new customers
Collaborate with internal teams to localize processes, define roles, and remove bottlenecks
Drive active usage of the digital format and secure software renewals
Support launches, promotions, and lead generation activities such as trade shows and digital marketing
Work with marketing and sales leadership to increase format adoption across different market verticals
Contribute to team performance, development, and alignment with company culture
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in the fitness or wellness industry
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Experience in project management and training programs
Familiarity with digital and ICT trends
Marketing or market analysis background preferred
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a willingness to travel
Fluency in English required
