Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, representing plaintiffs in various types of litigation, including but not limited to personal injury, first party property, employment law, and consumer protection cases. This role requires a strong understanding of civil litigation, exceptional advocacy skills, and a passion for fighting for the rights of individuals and businesses.
Job Responsibilities: This position is in office. This is not a remote role. Represent plaintiffs in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation investigations and case development through trial and appeal. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Engage in discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production. Prepare for and participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitration. Advocate for clients in court, including arguing motions and representing clients at trial.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar in Florida. Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with a focus on plaintiff representation. Experience winning First Party Property Cases Strong knowledge of civil procedure, rules of evidence, and trial advocacy. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
