Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to sell title insurance settlement services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Actively network with prospective clients to establish new business relationships and generate leads.
Qualifications: 2 years of experience in real estate or sales within the title/escrow industry. A strong book of business with the ability to work collaboratively with the closing team. Exceptional organizational skills and an optimistic, proactive approach to business development.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $60-65k with 12% commission paid bi-weekly. Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days and an additional $2,500 annual bonus.
