Digital Designer

Leading retail company is seeking a Digital Designer to join their team. Candidates must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week in Hacienda Heights.

Must Haves

• Retail and brand experience
• Strong digital design background, experience designing digital marketing creative and media
• Modern and sophisticated design aesthetic
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
• Agency and/or in house design experience
• Experience with responsive design and designing for various screen sizes and devices
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow and Figma
  
  

What You'll Do

• Develop creative across a variety of digital marketing channels (i.e., banners, digital ads, social media, landing pages, website creative, emails, etc.)
• Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute design concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals underneath the direction of the Creative Director
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital design to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team
• Ensure all designs are consistent with company brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities to meet deadlines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our visual communications
