Our Financial Services client is seeking a Sr Marketing Program Manager to join their team for the next 9 months, 40 hours/week.

Role Summary
The Senior Marketing Program Manager role is responsible for leading strategic planning, oversight, and execution of participant facing communications and education related to regulatory initiatives and new retirement plan features. This role partners cross functionally with marketing, product, technology, legal, compliance, and production teams to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communications that help workplace participants understand and maximize the value of their employer sponsored retirement benefits. The role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution in a highly regulated, deadline driven environment.
Top Must Have Skills
6 plus years of integrated B2C marketing communications experience
Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry, with strong preference for retirement plan services or workplace benefits
Proven ability to lead both high level strategy and detailed execution
Strong project management skills with experience running complex, multi workstream initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Additional Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
Retirement plan industry experience preferred
Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and incorporate feedback
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast paced environment
Positive, flexible, and collaborative working style
Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning and execution of regulatory driven participant communications, serving as the primary marketing subject matter expert for SECURE Act and other regulatory initiatives
Develop and manage project plans across multiple regulatory provisions, accounting for sponsor elections, staggered enactment years, data dependencies, and multi channel delivery
Act as marketing liaison for cross functional core and sub team meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
Assess participant experiences to identify communication impacts, gaps, and opportunities resulting from regulatory or plan design changes
Scope each regulatory provision or plan feature, including participant experience, sponsor options, data logic, and downstream impacts
Inventory and oversee updates to existing communications, ensuring accuracy, compliance approval, and timely completion
Partner closely with legal, compliance, digital, B2C and B2B marketing, service communications, technology, and production teams to meet regulatory deadlines
Lead discovery, messaging strategy, creative development, and rollout of new retirement plan feature communications
Oversee programming and infrastructure updates within marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related systems
Serve as liaison for data and platform dependencies, leading requests for logic and data requirements related to new features or regulatory changes
Track, manage, and communicate status of ongoing work across marketing and stakeholder teams
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale solutions, and enhance marketing processes while maintaining marketing risk management standards
