- Efficiently input purchase order invoices related to operations.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and resolve discrepancies between receiving and invoicing for shipments.
- Work closely with our international team via email and phone to address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all invoices and related documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures, supporting the overall financial health of the company.
- Previous experience in accounts payable is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
