Responsibilities Of The Controller
- Report financials directly to the CFO
- Prepare financial reports and assist with annual budget preparation
- Controller will manage 3 direct reports and oversee multiple plant locations
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or related
- Experience managing direct reports
- At least 3 years of cost accounting or manufacturing experience
- Salary range is $100,000 to $120,000
- Hybrid work options available with the main office located in Akron, Ohio
