Key Responsibilities
- Lead all HR functions onsite including interviewing, posting jobs, screening resumes, and onboarding new hires
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Administer benefits, including new hire enrollment and assisting with open enrollment periods
- Partner with leadership to support plant operations and ramp-up hiring for increased production volume
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a tough skin, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
