HR Generalist

Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Loudon, TN (Fully Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 (Up to $70K for the right candidate)

Reports To: HR Director, Sturgis, MI

Industry: Manufacturing (Marine, Boats, RVs, or related)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to serve as the sole HR professional onsite at our Loudon, TN facility. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with growth potential into an HR Manager or Director role. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), thrives in blue-collar environments, and brings a proactive, resilient approach to HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions onsite including interviewing, posting jobs, screening resumes, and onboarding new hires
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Administer benefits, including new hire enrollment and assisting with open enrollment periods
• Partner with leadership to support plant operations and ramp-up hiring for increased production volume
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
• 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a tough skin, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
