Infor System Administrator

Location: San Antonio, TX (On-site/Hybrid)

Client of CFS – Full-Time Opportunity

A long-standing client of CFS is seeking an Infor System Administrator to support and maintain its enterprise ERP systems. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Infor experience who enjoys system optimization, collaboration across departments, and making a real impact in a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities For The Infor System Administrator

• Serve as the system administrator for the Infor ERP environment, managing configuration, security roles, user access, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement patches and upgrades, and ensure overall system stability and data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to align system functionality with business processes.
• Maintain integrations with third-party systems and tools (e.g., Kronos, ServiceNow).
• Generate and support reports using Infor tools such as Birst or ION.
• Document system processes, maintain compliance standards, and assist with audits when needed.
• Provide technical support and training for end users.
  
  

Qualifications for the Infor System Administrator::

• 3 years of Infor system administration experience (Lawson, CloudSuite, or similar).
• Familiarity with tools like ION, Birst, IPA, and Landmark.
• Experience with security administration, data integration, and system upgrades.
