- Lead the Sr. Financial Analyst function for acquisitions from start to finish, including due diligence, financial assessments, and post-acquisition reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis.
- Communicate financial results and trends clearly to cross-functional leadership.
- Monitor key market and competitor trends to support strategic initiatives.
- Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for assigned business units.
- Identify and recommend improvements in accounting workflows, systems, and processes.
- Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate spend, ROI, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A, or business finance role.
- Experience supporting M&A activity including due diligence and financial modeling.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; ability to work with large data sets and create clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to present financial results to executives and communicate across departments.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Is excited to roll up their sleeves and lead complex financial analysis.
