- Lead the general ledger process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month/year-end close
- Maintain and improve the chart of accounts, accrual schedules, and internal controls
- Play a key role in financial systems optimization (especially Workday ERP) and reporting enhancements
- Support audit preparation and act as a liaison for in-country and domestic audit teams
- Review and release accounts payable entries and manage vendor-related escalations
- 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on GL ownership, month-end close, and reconciliations
- CPA or advanced degree
- Experience working with Workday, Concur, and multi-cost center GL environments preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
