Technical Accountant – Hybrid | Annapolis, MD | $80K–$110K Bonus Equity Unlimited PTO

We’re working with a publicly traded investment firm focused exclusively on sustainable infrastructure and clean energy assets. With over $14B under management, this company is helping drive the energy transition by investing in solar, wind, storage, and energy efficiency projects nationwide.

They’re looking to hire a Technical Accountant (title: Associate) to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role based in Annapolis, MD (2–3 days/week in office) that offers meaningful work, high visibility, and strong long-term career potential.

What You’ll Do

• Perform accounting and analysis for complex investment structures.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and fair value models (DCF, NPV, IRR).
• Analyze investment cash flows, support quarterly SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K).
• Maintain schedules for joint ventures, receivables, and securitized assets.
• Assist with SOX compliance and technical accounting research.
  
  

What You Need

• 2–3 years of accounting experience, ideally with financial instruments or investment firms.
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of DCF/NPV/IRR and loan mechanics.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CFA preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
