ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

As a Lead Production Operator, you will be performing a variety of manual and machine-oriented tasks in a manufacturing environment. As a Lead Production Operator you must be willing to learn every process in your assigned area and be able to train and correct operators. You will be responsible for recording production information and must have great attention to detail and strong communication skills.

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:

You must be over 18 and authorized to work in the United States. Great attendance and a great attitude are two of the best predictors of long-term success at Creative Foam Mukilteo. Applicants will be required to go through an interview process, drug testing, and a criminal background check. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

We welcome and reward experience, but the Lead Production Operator position does not require previous leadership experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Creative Foam Mukilteo employees represent a wide array of languages and ethnicities. ESL candidates are encouraged to apply. Bilingual skills are a plus.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with fundamental math, such as percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to use a personal computer to search for and enter data using a web browser.
