What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Crestwood Country Club?
We are currently hiring part-time Servers and Bartenders. Our Servers and Bartenders are responsible for mixing and serving drinks to guests at our restaurant. They are also responsible for ensuring that the bar area is tidy, clean, and adhering to/compliant with our bar policies. Servers are responsible for taking orders from customers and delivering food items to the customers.
Responsibilities:
- Memorize drink recipes.
- Knowledge of state laws for serving alcohol.
- Deliver drinks and food in a timely and safe manner.
- Greet customers in a professional manner.
- Balance and carry numerous drinks and plates at one time to tables or at the bar.
- Meet customer demand for beverages and food items.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and dress.
- Communicate in a friendly manner with patrons, co-workers, and management staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $7.25 - $17.00 per hour
