We’re looking for a skilled Commercial Construction Scheduler with strong ground-up commercial project experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Charlotte-based GC team.

Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of current or recent experience working on Commercial Construction projects for a General Contractor.
- Experience creating and managing project schedules for all phases of commercial construction using Microsoft Project.
- Ability to coordinate with project teams and leadership to ensure project timelines stay on track.
- Experience generating reports to support project billing, performance tracking, and status updates.
- Ability to perform Time Impact Analyses to identify and manage schedule risks and use baseline schedules to track progress and identify delays.
- Excellent communication skills and assertive, take-charge personality.
