This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategy, hiring and coaching sales professionals, managing forecasting and performance metrics, and driving sustained revenue growth. The Sales Manager will work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to align strategy, strengthen market position, and ensure sales execution supports company objectives.
