What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Administrator position at Crown Electrokinectics?
The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for managing the relationship between Crown and customers and their representatives through the creation and distribution of invoices for services rendered and the prompt collection from those customers. The AR Administrator is also responsible for supporting conflict resolution on billings and collections in coordination with project management.
The Accounts Receivable Administrator, with approval of the General Manager and Construction CFO, has the authority to· Coordinate collections in conjunction with terms agreed with the customer· Initiate justified adjustments to invoices reflecting agreed upon changes between customer and project managerFacilitate customer payment methodologies to optimize cash flow
Core Objectives · Generation of invoices in coordination with the project manager · Facilitates alternative payment methodologies for customers · Manages credit card payment process · Supports cash collection application with accounting · Supports accounting efforts to maintain appropriate books and records on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis · Participate in audits under the direction of CFO.

Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent.
Experience
5 years’ experience in a similar position
Knowledge and Skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with external parties · Strong organization skills
· Proficient in MS Office applications and other administrative software platforms.
