As the Chief of Engineering at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, you would direct our skilled Engineering/Maintenance Team for the hotel, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, while maintaining a healthy work environment for your team.

Basic Duties Include
- Management of Maintenance Team
- Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure facility is fully functional
- Serve as project manager for all service repairs
- Financial management of department to include: Labor management, checkbook, invoicing, acquiring and presenting negotiated quotes for outsourced jobs
- Team Member corrective discipline
- Develop consistent methods of training and development for team members

Requirements
Basic Requirements& Experience
- This is a working position requiring active involvement in day to day facility maintenance
- 2 years minimum Management & Supervisory experience
- Four years’ experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Specialized expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and carpentry fields are a plus and will affect rate of pay.
- Hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Technical skills to include use of apps & computer to manage labor, maintain checkbook, order materials, and invoice and maintenance system management
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
