The Company: SIR Fitness
SIR Fitness is Crunch Fitness franchise based in Southern California with 11 locations which include: Crunch Garden Grove, Crunch Huntington Beach, Crunch Fountain Valley, Crunch Tustin, Crunch Placentia, Crunch San Clemente, Crunch Vista, Crunch Oceanside, Crunch Carmel Valley, Crunch University Square, Crunch Eastlake. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We’re also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna. Our gyms also offer personal training and nutrition coaching, group fitness classes, and HIIT Zone classes.
The Position: PTM
We are hiring immediately for a driven, out-going Personal Training Manager who is:
- Passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their fitness goals
- A gifted communicator, able to build relationships with people from all walks of life
- Excited about developing a team of trainers to break records and change lives
Responsibilities
- Sales: Month on month increase of total PT revenue and recurring revenue, while minimizing attrition in alignment with the vision and mission.
- Service: The PTM position is a player-coach position and trains clients according to their compensation plan.
- Development: Maintain a fully engaged and high performing fitness team
Requirements
- Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification
- CPR/AED Certification
- 2 years personal training experience and client success stories
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree is Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Business or related field
- Preferred: Prior management experience in sales, hospitality and/or retail, overseeing 3-10 employees
Compensation
- $66k per year
